U.S. Congressman Tom Cotton featured speaker

JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) - Candidate for U.S. Senate Congressman Tom Cotton was the featured speaker at the Northeast Arkansas Political Animals meeting at the Jonesboro Chamber of Commerce on Friday.

Congressman Cotton's main topic was fighting Obamacare.

“I want to try and appeal Obamacare and start over in healthcare reform,” said Cotton. “I want to pass a balanced budget so the government doesn't spend more than we take in.  And I want to get our economy growing again so Arkansans can get back to work.”

Cotton said he also wants to try and help create new jobs in Arkansas.
