Expect pleasant conditions for the morning on Labor Day, with temperatures in the mid 60s for the mountains and low 70s in the Upstate. It will get hot by the afternoon, with highs reaching the low 90s for the Upstate and upper 80s in the mountains under sunshine. Isolated storms will be possible later in the day.
Tuesday will bring more hot temperatures and a few scattered storms during the afternoon. A cold front will approach the area and stall out on Wednesday. That will leave us with rain chances for the rest of the week.
Next weekend looks like typical summer, with highs in the upper 80s to low 90s with sunshine and afternoon storms.
