56th Annual Jonesboro Christmas Parade Rolls Downtown Tonight

JONESBORO, AR - The 56th Annual Jonesboro Christmas Parade rolls through the streets of downtown Jonesboro tonight.  Sponsored by the Jonesboro Jaycees, the parade begins at 7 p.m.

"Songs of Christmas" is the theme for this year's parade.  Outgoing Mayor Hubert Brodell will serve as the event's grand marshall.

The parade's route begins at Main and Cherry streets, traveling north on Main Street to Huntington Avenue.  Parade units will turn west onto Huntington, then south on Union Avenue to Washington Avenue.

K8 News will have live pre-event coverage from the parade tonight at 5 and 6 p.m.
