Police search for suspects after drug trafficking ring broken up

LITTLE ROCK, AR (KAIT) -

Investigators continue the search for six suspects following the dismantling of a drug trafficking organization based in Clinton.

A total of 34 people are charged with 45 separate counts. The group was busted on Wednesday, according to Christopher R. Thyer, United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Arkansas.

Those involved are accused of distributing or possessing more than 300 pounds of meth. During the arrests on Wednesday, police took 52 guns and six pounds of meth.

Investigators are currently searching for six suspects not in custody. They are considered armed and dangerous and police urge the public to call them if you see any of those pictured.
