A Better Region 8: Debates inform voters

This week's Senatorial debate between Democrat incumbent Mark Pryor and his challenger, Republican Representative Tom Cotton was as heated as it was informative. If you watched it, thank you.

Next up is the final debate for Arkansas' Governor. This Monday, at 7 p.m., Republican Asa Hutchinson and Democrat Mike Ross will go head-to-head live from Arkansas State University's Student Union Center on KAIT 8.2, kait8.com, and KASU 91.9 FM. We'll also rebroadcast that debate Sunday, October 26 at 2 p.m. here on KAIT with more rebroadcasts coming on KAIT 24/7.

    According to Randolph County Sheriff Gary Tribble, a person was being held Sunday in the Randolph County jail after being taken into custody by Arkansas State Police in connection with the deaths of two people.
