Police seek persons of interest after shots fired at park

POPLAR BLUFF, MO (KAIT) - Police in Poplar Bluff continue to investigate a report of gunshots fired at a park.

Deputy Chief of Police Jeff Rolland says the department received the report just after 6 p.m. Tuesday at Bacon Memorial Park on Harper Street. Three vehicles were said to be involved in the incident.

Rolland said officers found one of the vehicles on Main Street near Gardner Street. The vehicle was damaged from a gunshot to the radiator.

No injuries were reported.

Police are currently seeking several persons of interest in the incident. No arrests have been made.
