BAXTER COUNTY, AR (KAIT) - Three people were arrested following a probation home visit in Baxter County.
According to Sheriff John Montgomery, the visit and search was conducted at the home of Thomas Harvey Thursday morning at 699 CR 56.
During the search Montgomery said officers found over a gram of meth, drug paraphernalia and firearms. All items were seized and taken into evidence.
Harvey and two more people were arrested as a result of the search and transported to the Baxter County Detention Center.
Harvey, 58, of Mountain Home was charged with five felonies including possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. His bond was set at $50,000.
Jeremy Thorgensen, 36, of Mountain Home was charged with possession of controlled substance and his bond was set at $5,000.
Bethany Williams, 25, of Mountain Home was also charged with felony possession of drug paraphernalia and probation violation. Bond for Williams was set at $2,500. Williams was also found to have a meth pipe on her when she was searched at the detention center.
All three will be back in court on Dec. 4.
