JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) - Hundreds of bikers across Region 8 were on a mission Saturday to collect toys for kids.
It was the 30th annual Motorcycle Toy Run in Jonesboro. The run started at Harley Davidson and over 300 bikers participated.
The Toy Run is a joint effort between the Association Motorcycle Club and A.B.A.T.E. District 2. Admission for the ride was toys that will be donated to the Salvation Army.
Curtis Kirksey is the president of the Association of Motorcycle Club and said it's important they continue this run every year.
"There's a lot of kids that just wouldn't have Christmas without this," Kirksey said. "The Salvation Army will still be taking toys so if anybody wants to come by and donate they can donate at the Salvation Army."
