MEMPHIS, TN (AP) - Mike Conley's confidence seems to be at an all-time high, and his timing couldn't be better for the Memphis Grizzlies.
The Grizzlies host Golden State on Tuesday night, a matchup of teams with the NBA's best records.
Conley has been a big reason for Memphis' success.
He said Monday he's just being aggressive with his outside shots falling. Conley also is getting inot the lane basket and to the free throw line, which helps open up the court for teammates.
The guard scored a career-high 36 points to help Memphis rally from an 18-point deficit to beat Philadelphia in overtime Saturday night. He was at his best late in the road game, hitting four of five 3-pointers in the fourth quarter, including the tying 3 at the end of regulation.
