WALNUT RIDGE, AR (KAIT) - A Walnut Ridge man charged in the death of his daughter will make his first appearance in court on Jan. 21, 2015.
Dustin Gibson, 28, is charged with first degree endangering the welfare of a minor.
According to Detective Ryan Price of the Walnut Ridge Police Department, officers arrested Gibson after his infant daughter was found unresponsive at his home the day before Thanksgiving, Nov. 26.
Joslyn Gibson's body was sent to the Arkansas State Crime Lab in Little Rock to determine the cause of death.
According to police, Gibson is accused of "inadequate supervision."
He is currently being held in jail on a $25,000 cash bond.
The Department of Children and Family Services and Arkansas State Police are also investigating.
