WEST MEMPHIS, AR (KAIT) - A West Memphis man was sentenced to 14 years in prison for the rape of a minor, according to 2nd Judicial District Prosecutor Scott Ellington.
A news release sent out Tuesday stated that Marco Dwayne Lee, 30, of West Memphis was found guilty by a jury. Lee was ordered to the Arkansas Department of Correction.
Lee raped a 14-year-old-girl on May 24, 2014 at his home, according to Deputy Prosecutor Thomas Young.
Ellington credited Detective Stacy Allen, the West Memphis Police Department and Young for the conviction.
