JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) -

Several people were reportedly injured in a Friday morning crash on Harrisburg and Parker Road involving a JETS bus.

According to Jonesboro police, 7 people altogether were injured in the crash. Six JETS bus riders were injured and 4 were taken to the hospital. Two people in the van involved in the crash were injured. One of them was taken to the hospital.

The crash report from Jonesboro police states the JETS bus was going north on Harrisburg Road at the time of the crash. The driver of the bus told police he was going through the Parker Road intersection on a green light when he was hit by a van.
