Jonesboro business makes large donation to City Youth Ministries

JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) -

City Youth Ministries in Jonesboro received much needed financial help on Thursday.

Representatives from the business Rent One dropped off a check for $1,600.

Andy Sanders with Rent One said employees raised funds for a year, and that amount was matched by the Great Expectations Foundation.

“City Youth Ministries just do great work with the youth here,” Sanders said. “Educational and spiritual basis, and that's what the Great Expectations Foundation was formed for, organizations that work with youth.”

Executive Director for City Youth Ministries Kim Shumpert said they can expand their learning lab with this donation.
