Guns stolen from different break-ins in Craighead Co.

CRAIGHEAD COUNTY, AR (KAIT) -

The Craighead County Sheriff's Department is investigating break-ins Thursday where suspects got away with guns.

According to an incident report, deputies received complaints from County Road 120, County Road 122, County Road 12, County Road 123, County Road 200, and County Road 120.

Deputies said at around 5:45 p.m., they received a call from a man who said someone broke into his car on County Road 120 and stole a .22-caliber rifle. The victim told police the gun was not loaded.

Shortly after 8 p.m., deputies received another call from a different man who said someone stole his 9mm auto pistol from his truck on County Road 123.
