JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) - Students at Ridgefield Christian School started their Tuesday off with a celebration.
The week of Jan. 26 is National School Choice Week and students put together a National School Choice routine for their fellow classmates.
NSCW is a national movement supporting parents' rights to choose the school their child will attend.
Academic Advisor and Curriculum Coordinator Wendy Stotts said it's important for students to be aware of the chance they've been given.
"I think it's really important for them to stop and think about their school and think about the positives of their school," said Stotts. "To understand what an opportunity they've been given by their parents. That their parents did the research and found what was best for them."
206 students currently attend Ridgefield Christian School.
