JPD: Vandals strike more than a dozen vehicles

JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) - Local auto glass repair shops likely saw an uptick in business Thursday after more than a dozen people reported their car and truck windows had been shot out.

Within a 24-hour period Jonesboro police received 15 reports of vehicle windows broken out.

Many, according to the incident reports, had been shot out by someone using a pellet or air rifle.

Several of the incidents occurred in the Rosemond area, near Annie Camp. Three cases were also reported on Flatrock Drive, south of the Highway 63 bypass.

At this time police have no suspects.
