Woman reports wallet, teeth stolen

JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) - In addition to stealing her wallet, a Paragould woman told police a Jonesboro woman also stole her teeth.

At 12:20 p.m. Wednesday, Officer John Eidson, Jr. of the Jonesboro Police Department was dispatched to a parking lot in the 3400 block of East Johnson regarding the theft.

The 33-year-old victim said she was at a home in the 1600 block of North Airport Road around midnight and “everyone was fighting over drugs.”

She asked the suspect, a 48-year-old woman, to drive her around to get away from the fight.

The victim claimed they drove to the parking lot, “shared a Coke and then she fell asleep,” the initial incident report stated.

When she awoke at noon she noticed the other woman was gone and several of her belongings, including her top dentures, were stolen.

Officer Eidson reported the victim “seemed very out of sorts at the time” and said it was “hard to get information from her.”
