WEST MEMPHIS, AR - The first homicide in West Memphis this year was allegedly committed by a man against his brother.

Assistant Police Chief Mike Allen said they found 51-year-old James Simpson dead in the home he shared with his 41-year-old brother Tony.  The police arrested Tony Simpson and charged him with first degree murder.

Allen said there were signs of apparent struggle in the home the two brothers shared since their mother's death.
