January 22, 2004 -- Posted at 7:00 p.m. CST

EGYPT -- Scott Turner, who runs Buckshot Ridge Boer Goat farm in Egypt, went shopping last Sunday with his family. When he returned home, he discovered that he had 4 newborn kids.

"I ran and told my wife and son," said Scott Turner.

This is the first time the Turner's have ever had a goat to birth 4 babies at once. It's rare occurrence, Boer goats usually have 1 or 2 kids at a time.

"I was tickled because I love goats; the more the merrier."

You can tell that Turner really does loves goats just by looking around his property.

"Fourteen of my does have had kids in the past 5 days."

That brings a grand total of 29 new kids to the farm. Each and every last one of them share the same father. His name is Billy Bob. The buck has quite a reputation on the farm.

" He's an excellent buck, his kids do well."

Scott sells his goats at The Buckshot Ridge Boer Goat Farm which is located near Egypt off on County Road 171.
