JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) - The Arkansas State Women's basketball team may have missed out on the NCAA Tournament but will have at least one more home game before their season is over.
The WNIT released its bracket on Monday night and the results were in the favor of the Red Wolves. The Red Wolves will play Western Michigan on Wednesday night at the Convocation Center to open play in the tournament. Times for the game will be announced at some point on Tuesday.
This will help the pain of Arkansas State, who was in the first four out category of the NCAA Selection Committee, narrowly missing the NCAA Tournament after falling to UALR in the conference title game on Saturday night.
