Silver Alert inactivated for Little Rock woman

LITTLE ROCK, AR (KAIT) -

A Silver Alert has been inactivated for a Arkansas woman who was last seen at a motel in Little Rock. 


On Tuesday afternoon, the Little Rock Police Department issued a Silver Alert for 46-year-old Loretta Lynn Birgy, of Little Rock.

According to police, Birgy had been missing since Sunday, when she sent a text message to her son to let him know she had a flat tire and her ex-boyfriend had found her.

She was last seen at the Motel 6 on I-30 in Little Rock. She may be driving a 1992 black and gray Chevy pickup truck with the license plate number 235-RMM. She was last seen wearing a white Mickey Mouse sweat shirt and dark colored pants

Police said 41-year-old Chad Lee Napier is a person of interest in this case.

No addition information was given by Arkansas State Police about why the inactivated status was issued.
