BAXTER COUNTY, AR (KAIT) - Baxter County deputies arrested a Mountain Home man Wednesday after three controlled drug buys in the last month.
According to the Baxter County Sheriff's Department, investigators used an informant to buy meth from 51-year-old Bobby Don Morris.
The informant made the purchases on Feb. 27, March 3, and March 6. All together Morris sold about 21.2 grams of meth, which averaged about $1,450.
While investigators monitored and recorded the transactions, they reportedly saw Morris used a cell phone to sell the drugs.
Morris is in the Baxter County Detention Center without bond on felony charges for delivery of meth and unlawful use of a communication device.
The sheriff's department said the 14th Judicial District Drug Task Force helped in this investigation.
