2 killed in Dunklin Co. crash

SENATH, MO (KAIT) -

Two people were killed in a crash near Senath.

Tyler Ellington, 18, of Cardwell, MO and Corey Lee, 17, of Paragould, AR died as a result of the crash on Saturday around noon, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

Troopers state Lee was driving a Chevrolet Silverado west on Route V south of Senath when it went off the road and overturned. 

Both Ellington and Lee were ejected. They were not wearing seat belts according to MSHP.

Ellington was pronounced dead at the scene.

Lee was taken to a Memphis hospital where he later died Sunday afternoon.
