SEARCY, AR (KAIT) -

Searcy police are looking for a man who robbed a gas station and may be riding on an ATV, according to a news release.

Police were called out to the Valero gas station at the 2000-block of South Main at 4:45 a.m. Sunday in response to an armed robbery.

The store clerk told officers a white man wearing a blue shirt, tan cargo pants and a white hood over his head demanded money with a semi-automatic handgun.

According to police, the suspect said he was riding an ATV and that is why he only wanted paper money.

There were no injuries during the robbery.

The Searcy Police Department encourages anyone with information about this case to contact the Criminal Investigations Division at 501-268-3531.
