JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) -

If you should ever find yourself incarcerated in the Craighead County Detention Center know that your phone calls will be recorded.

A Jonesboro man apparently was not aware of this fact.

On Wednesday a woman came to the sheriff's office to report that on Sunday, May 3, Areco Leshun Randolph, 42, called her from the jail and threatened her.

The woman said Randolph asked, "Are you happy?" and then stated he would get her.

According to the incident report filed by Deputy Phillip Wheaton, who listened to the taped conversation, Randolph could be heard repeatedly stating “I will get you, (expletive).”

Randolph, who was arrested for nonpayment of fines on April 27, now faces a second degree terroristic threatening charge for this latest incident.
