JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) -

A Jonesboro man was arrested Sunday morning after police say they found him asleep in his car with the windows and his pants down.

Mark Allen Richards, 50, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct/in public exposes their private parts.

A security guard at St. Bernards Medical Center, 303 E. Matthews, told police Richards was asleep in a white Chevy Lumina with “his junk hanging out.”

The officer said when he walked up to the car, which was parked alongside “many other cars,” he could see that Richards' zipper was completely unzipped and his penis was pulled through his zipper.

“There was also a section of false teeth that was sitting beside the exposed penis,” the officer reported.

Immediately after waking up, the officer said Richards tried to cover himself with his elbows.

“He began grabbing for anything and he found a scratched off lottery ticket that he placed in his lap to cover it up,” the officer said.

The officer arrested Richards and took him to the Craighead County Detention Center where he was left in lieu of a $205 surety bond with a May 4 court date.
