Police in Osceola charged three suspects in a case where a man suffered a broken jaw.

On April 27 police took a report from the victim regarding the incident which happened on April 24.

The victim told police he was called by his friend, identified as Adam Burt, to bring him some booster cables because Burt's truck had broken down on Mockingbird Lane.

After work, the victim told police he went to the street with two witnesses in his truck around 11:30 p.m.

The man pulled up to Burt's truck and opened his door with booster cables in hand.

He then told police that Tress Golden "came from around the truck and struck him in his left jaw." The victim did not know what Golden hit him with, but his passengers got out and reportedly held Golden back.

The victim told police he asked Burt if the incident was a set up and Burt told him it was.

Troy Strop and another person came to the scene and the victim told police Strop yelled at him to get out of the truck and fight.

Three days after the incident the victim found out he had suffered a broken jaw while at an Osceola hospital. He was taken to a Memphis, TN hospital for surgery.

Police state photos were taken of Golden's Facebook page where he seemed to be bragging about hitting the victim.

One of the comments stated, "Right lmao that right hand don't play cuuuhhhh lmao." The comment was made shortly after the incident police said.

Osceola police charged Golden, Strop and Burt with second degree battery and engaging in violent group activity.

All three men are currently out of jail.
