Strong storms moving through Region 8 Memorial Day Weekend

Severe storms are making there way through Region 8 Memorial Day weekend.

On Sunday, a tornado warning was issued for a storm moving through Baxter County.

No damage was reported with the storm as it moved through the county and continued off to the north.

More storms are on the way though and will move through Sunday evening through early in the morning on Memorial Day.

Some of these storms may include damaging winds, large hail, and even possibly a tornado.

Local flooding is also possible in some stronger thunderstorms as a majority of Region 8 continues to sit under a flash flood watch, as well.
