LITTLE ROCK, AR - The Arkansas Court of Appeals today reversed the rape conviction and 20-year sentence given to Jimmy Douglas Jefferson in a Mississippi County case.  It said Judge Victor Hill improperly let prosecutors use a divorce filing in an effort to question Jefferson's truthfulness.

The court wrote that "there can be no doubt that the divorce complaint is heresay."
