Crimestoppers: Armed robbers still on the run

JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) -

A pair of armed robbers are still on the run.

The Jonesboro Police Department thinks someone out there besides the thugs who did this job knows who did it.

It happened at the Kum and Go on Johnson near A-State last week.

Other than the description of one wearing a black bandana and one wearing a red one, witnesses described one suspect as 6' tall and the other 5'6" with three scratches under his left eye.

Anyone with any information on this robbery is urged to call Crimestoppers at 935-STOP.

We have a double-shot of Powells this week on Crimestoppers. Region 8 News is not sure if there is any relation.

Douglas Powell has 11 warrants out for him. Ten are for contempt of court.

Then there's Greg Powell. His warrant total is 14.

Just like the other Powell, all but one are for contempt of court.

If you can help police find Greg Powell or Douglas Powell, it's worth cash.

Call in that tip to Crimestoppers at 935-STOP, or text it.

Take your iPhone or Android phone and type in 274637 or type in the word CRIMES, if your phone can do that.

Then, in the message, type in 935stop as one word, followed by your tip.

Hit send and you'll get a message back from Crimestoppers with your anonymous tip number.

This is yours to keep for any future reward.
