Crimestoppers: JPD after caffeine crook

JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) -

Sometimes, Crimestoppers just writes itself. This week, the Jonesboro Police Department is after a thirsty thief.

A caffeinated crook. A fidgety felon. You see, our suspect stole 150 cans of Red Bull. So if you run across someone who's really amped up and asking if you'd like a Red Bull, that may be him.

The video from JPD clearly shows the suspect walk up to the cooler at the gas station of the Walmart Neighborhood Market on Harrisburg and clean out all the Red Bulls. Stuffing, according to the report, 150 cans of the drink into a bag.

The best look we get of the suspect's face is when he approached the cooler a couple minutes before returning to load up.

If you know who this beverage burglar is call in that tip to Crimestoppers at 935-STOP.

Warrant watch time; let's start with David Lesley.  He has a pair of deuces, 22 warrants. All but one of them for contempt of court.

Then, there's Timothy Sheard.  All 33 of his warrants are for contempt of court.  That total includes warrants from JPD and Craighead County.

If you can lead police to Timothy Sheard or David Lesley, it's worth money. Call in that tip to Crimestoppers at 935-STOP or text it.

Take your iPhone or Android phone and type in 2-7-4-6-3-7 or type in the word "CRIMES" if your phone can do that.

Then, in the message, type in 935stop. One word, followed by your tip.

Hit send and you'll get a message back from Crimestoppers with your anonymous tip number.

This is yours to keep for any future reward. That's how Crimestoppers works, 935-STOP.
