Crimestoppers: JPD seeking suspect using counterfeit cash

JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) - A little food and a lot of fake money.

This week, the Jonesboro Police Department is looking for help in identifying a guy who allegedly passed over $300 in counterfeit $20 bills.

The report says he bought a couple items, using a pair of $20 bills. Once the clerk accepted those bills, he then pulled out 15 more and bought $300 worth of gift cards.

If you can make the ID of this suspect, it's worth real money. Call in that tip to Crimestoppers at 935-STOP or text it.

Here's this week's warrant watch.

Sidney Burton is up first. His list is semi-impressive. He has 16 warrants, 15 of them for contempt of court.

Then there's Kimberly Emmons. She has warrants from several different agencies. She has warrants out of JPD, Craighead County, Harrisburg, Paragould, Pocahontas and Walnut Ridge for a grand total of 48.

If you can help lead police to Kimberly Emmons or Sidney Burton, it's worth money. Call in that tip to Crimestoppers anonymously at 935-stop or you can text it.
