Sikeston PD asking for community help to identify suspect

SIKESTON, MO (KAIT) -

The Sikeston Department of Public Safety is trying to identify a man who allegedly stole from a local business.

Sikeston police were called to Slusher’s Farm and Home on South Main Street around 3:45 p.m. on Aug. 7 for a robbery.

A worker said a man came into the store around 2:20 p.m. and stole an undisclosed amount of merchandise.

The employee said the man left in a gold colored Nissan Altima.

Police are now asking the community to help identify the suspect.

They provided pictures from the store’s video surveillance.

Anyone with information on the suspect’s identity is urged to contact the Sikeston Department of Public Safety at 573-471-4711.

All tips can remain anonymous.
