JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) - They may not have given police their real names, but they're in jail all the same.
The two men, who told police their names were Eric Lipscomb and Marquis Shepard, are facing several charges following a traffic stop Thursday night at the intersection of Belt and Patrick streets.
The police report states the names they gave police were fakes.
The car the men were driving was nearly drifting off the road.
During the traffic stop, officers found a pair of guns that were allegedly stolen.
Jonesboro police say they also found marijuana on one of the men.
One of the suspects also ran away from officers twice before being apprehended for good.
Both men are in jail facing numerous charges.
Their real names had not been released as of Friday night.
