KENNETT, MO (KAIT) - The Kennett Police Department has turned to the public to help solve two reported shootings in the Missouri town.
According to a post on the department's Facebook page, the first shooting happened early Sunday morning at the Eagles Club on Jones Street.
Police said officers found several people leaving the club when they arrived.
When officers tried to get information, many people said they did not see or hear anything and "no one was shot."
The second shooting was reported an hour later at the corner of Baldwin and Commercial.
According to that Facebook post, officers heard shots still being fired when they arrived at the intersection.
Officers attempted to talk with people in the area, but were again told no one saw or heard anything.
