Vandals hit Miracle League park...again

JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) -

Once again vandals trashed the bathrooms at the Miracle League ballpark in Jonesboro.

The damage occurred sometime between 5 and 10 p.m. Tuesday, according to the initial incident report.

The vandals hit the men’s bathroom, tearing a diaper changing station from the wall and throwing it outside.

Police say a sink was damaged to the point of needing replacement.

The estimated damages total $600.

This is not the first time the park’s bathrooms have been targeted by vandals.

Vandals trashed the women’s bathroom this past February, causing several thousands of dollars in damages.

A week later police arrested a 13-year-old boy suspected in the crime.

Since then the park has installed security cameras. According to the latest police report, officers will review the cameras for suspect information.
