OSCEOLA, AR (KAIT) -

Two Steele, Missouri men were in court Monday for the kidnapping and rape of an Osceola juvenile.

On Sept. 7, the grandparents of a 13-year-old girl reported her missing.

The grandfather reported seeing the girl get into a vehicle with two white men.

He told police the vehicle had out-of-state tags.

On Sept. 9, the same vehicle returned the girl to her house.

The Osceola Police Department was notified and stopped the car.

Hank Crawford, 25, and Mickey Young, 63, were both arrested by Osceola police.

District Judge Donald Betterton found probable cause to charge Crawford with kidnapping and rape and charge Young with kidnapping.

Crawford’s bond was set at $200,000. Young’s was set at $150,000.

The next scheduled court date for both men is Sept. 25 in Mississippi County Circuit Court in Osceola.

The case is still being investigated.
