WARM SPRINGS, AR (KAIT) - For a second time, a woman has been convicted for animal cruelty in Randolph County.
According to information from the Humane Society, Sandra Croney was convicted by an Arkansas court.
The conviction comes after 46 dogs and other animals were rescued from a suspected puppy mill on Croney's property in Warm Springs.
Croney reportedly received a conviction of six counts of animal cruelty and $5,000 in restitution to be paid to The Humane Society of the United States.
A year-long ban on owning any animals, except for two she currently owns accompanies the conviction.
