Several guns missing from Jonesboro man's truck

JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) -

Jonesboro Police are investigating a possible breaking and entering case. 

The victim contacted police Saturday because a number of guns and ammunition were missing from his truck.

He told police he left the firearms in his truck outside his home on Bermuda Drive in Jonesboro.

The last time he remembered seeing the guns was September 12.

On September 16, the victim said he noticed the guns were missing and thought his wife may have moved them.  

When he realized he and his wife didn't know where the guns were, he filed a report with JPD.

He said his truck was always locked. He believes someone may have popped the lock to get inside the truck.

The report states a Hunter Town Arms Suppressor, Ruger semi-automatic pistol, 2 .22 caliber Cricket Rifles, several magazines and rounds of ammunition, a Smith and Wesson gun, and a rifle scope are among the items missing from the truck.

No arrests have been made.
