John 3:16 to hold variety show fundraiser

JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) -

John 3:16 Ministries’ 10th annual variety night will be held Saturday, Oct. 17 at UACCB’s Independence Hall, 2005 White Drive in Batesville.

Variety Night is a fundraiser that the organization holds every year.

This year’s event will feature a male beauty pageant, a performance by the John 3:16 and NATD dance teams and a skit.

Tickets are $10 each and include a catfish dinner, entertainment and an entry into a drawing for a Chevrolet Tahoe door prize sponsored by Stanley Wood Chevrolet. You do have to be 21 years or older to win the prize.

Tickets are available at Dairy Queen and First Community Bank.

There will also be a live auction beginning at 6 p.m., and a silent auction that will start at 3 p.m. and last throughout the night.

Dinner will be served at 5 p.m. that evening and entertainment will start at 7 p.m.
