Two men arrested in connection to cattle theft

RANDOLPH COUNTY, AR (KAIT) - Sheriff's deputies arrested two men suspected of stealing cattle in Randolph County.

The sheriff's department, following complaints from farmers in the northwest part of the county began investigating the claims and arrested Justin Mark Pattin, 37, of Pocahontas and Jimmy Dale Ingram, 39, of Imboden with 11 counts each of theft of property.

On Sept. 29 the two men appeared in district court where a judge found probable cause to charge them and set their bond at $50,000 each.

The investigation is ongoing and more charges are pending.

Officers with Arkansas State Police and the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission assisted in the investigation.
