GAMALIEL, AR (KAIT) - A Baxter County man is in jail on drug charges following an investigation.
John Randall Frank, 59, of Gamaliel was arrested on Tuesday on an outstanding bench warrant, according to Baxter County Sheriff John Montgomery.
Deputies were called to 101 Norfork Resort area in Gamaliel where Frank had been seen. Montgomery said Frank was prohibited from the area due to a no-contact order.
Frank was reportedly found hiding upstairs in a residential unit.
In July, the sheriff said a confidential informant made a controlled buy of about 12 grams of methamphetamine from Frank.
He reportedly told the informant that he would continue to supply them with the drug once he had "re-stocked." An arrest warrant was soon obtained for Frank.
Charges for Frank include felony delivery of methamphetamine and criminal conspiracy along with two misdemeanors.
He is being held on a $15,360 bond at the Baxter County Jail and will appear in court again Oct. 1.
