BLYTHEVILLE, AR (KAIT) -

A suspect who lights things on fire is no stranger to employees of one local store, according to police.

The Blytheville Police Department said a man has attempted to set some kind of combustible on fire at the Dollar Tree, 201 South Service Road.

According to a police report, store employees told police that a man walked into the store on October 10 and lit a paper decoration on fire with a lighter. A store employee said the fire spread to other items on the shelf.

Employees put out the fire with minor damage.

Police have not released the name of the suspect.
