JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) -

Jonesboro police took a call from a man who said his vehicle was spray painted along with his house.

Police were called Monday afternoon to the 100-block of Melrose St. in reference to property damage.

Officer Francisco Matos states in the incident report he saw curse words spray painted on the victim’s home and pickup.

“A redneck lives here,” was among the messages sprayed on the residence, according to police.

The victim told police he had gotten into a fight with a couple of teenagers at his wife’s residence the day before. He said he and his wife are separated.

Matos spoke with the man’s wife who said one of the teens slept on her couch Sunday night and the other teen the victim described stayed at her residence until about 11 p.m. when his parents reportedly picked him up.

Police advised the victim of the affidavit process. No arrests were made according to the incident report.
