DONIPHAN, MO (KAIT) - Parts of Region 8 felt an earthquake Friday afternoon.
The Poplar Bluff Seismograph shows the earthquake occurred near Doniphan around 3:25 p.m.
It was a 3.4 magnitude quake.
It was centered about 11 miles north, northwest of Doniphan and 29 miles west of Poplar Bluff.
About 24 minutes later, the same area experienced a 3.2M 'aftershock'.
The Doniphan Police Department told Region 8 News they didn't receive any reports of damage.
