JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) - Despite checking IDs, Jonesboro police say workers at four area businesses still served booze to minors.

On Thursday, Nov. 12, police charged the following people with furnishing intoxicating liquor to minors:

  • Crystal Sunshae Neal, 34, Jonesboro; Leo’s Downtown Bar & Grill, 237 S. Main
  • Scott A. Goode, 27, Jonesboro; Godsey’s Grill, 226 S. Main
  • Dennis James Krenn, 30, Jonesboro; Fraternal Order of the Eagles Club, 1708 S. Caraway
  • Eric J. Zuniga, 25, Jonesboro—TaMolly’s, 2506 E. Highland

A Jonesboro police officer, assisting an agent with the Alcoholic Beverage Control Division, accompanied two 18-year-old women to the businesses and ordered alcoholic beverages.

At each location, the officer stated the server checked the minors' state-issued identification while taking their drink orders.

Each time the servers went to the bar, got the ordered alcoholic drinks and placed them in front of the minors, the report stated.
