JPD: Man robbed at gunpoint in home

JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) - A Jonesboro man claims he was robbed at gunpoint in his home.

The 25-year-old victim said he was opening the door to his apartment in the 1800-block of Self Circle Tuesday night when two men pushed him inside and shut the door behind them.

According to the initial incident report, the victim tussled with one of the suspected robbers when the other pulled a gun and told him to "give them the money."

The victim said the suspects began flipping the couch cushions and found his pistol.

After they grabbed his gun, the suspects then ran out the door.

The victim described one of the suspects as a black male wearing a white T-shirt over his face and a dark-colored hoodie. He said the other suspect was a black male wearing a pink and blue polo shirt.

Responding officers were unable to locate the suspects or other evidence in the area.
