JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) - St. Bernards this week announced changes to its executive leadership team.
Dr. Kasey Holder was named vice president of medical affairs, Connie Hill was named vice president of patient services, and Lori Smith was named vice president of human resources, according to a news release from St. Bernards.
Holder grew up in Paragould and her bachelor's degree from Arkansas State University and a medical degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. After completing a family medicine residency at UAMS Area Health Education Center-Northeast in Jonesboro, she served on the AHEC faculty and more recently as the director of the hospitalist program at St. Bernards. She also has served as chief of family medicine at St. Bernards.
Holder and her husband, Jeremy have two children, Keaton and Kendall. Her parents are C.H. and Sharon Overbay of Jonesboro and Dr. Roger and Star Cagle of Paragould.
Hill is a registered nurse practitioner who also holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from the University of Colorado at Denver. Before joining St. Bernards she served as chief executive officer of Cardiology Associates (now St. Bernards Heart and Vascular). She was recently honored as a finalist for Nurse of the Year in the Healthcare Heroes program sponsored by Arkansas Business.
Hill and her husband, Dr. Roger Hill, have three grown children: Drew Hill, Maggie Faughn and Lauren H. Ball.
Smith is originally from Caraway. She holds a bachelor's degree in business management from Arkansas State University and an MBA from William Woods University in Fulton, Mo. Prior to joining St. Bernards she served as director of human resources at Optus, Inc. She previously worked for St. Bernards as director of human resources.
Smith and her husband, Troy, have two children, Lawson and Reagan. Her parents, Paul and Jane Blake, live in Caraway.
