Registration open for breakfast with Mrs. Claus

NEWPORT, AR (KAIT) -

Region 8 children have the chance to enjoy breakfast with Mrs. Santa Claus as part of the Arkansas State University-Newport and Iron Mountain Regional Arts Council Children’s Series.

The event will be held Saturday, Dec. 5 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., on the ASUN campus.

Children age 4 to 8 will be served breakfast while Mrs. Claus visits with them about being good and asks what they want for Christmas.

They should bring their letter to Santa so Mrs. Claus can personally deliver it to him.

Children will also work on crafts to give as gifts.

The breakfast is free but is limited to the first 50 children registered.

To reserve a space for your child, call 870-512-7861 or register by email at jennifer_ballard@asun.edu.

The event will be in the Larry N. Williams Student and Community Center at 7648 Victory Blvd.
