BLYTHEVILLE, AR (KAIT) - A Blytheville man accused of gunning down a woman this past summer appeared in court Monday.
Billy Dee Williams was arraigned in district court on first-degree murder charges. A judge set his bond at $1 million.
Williams, 27, is accused of fatally shooting Adline King, 19, on Saturday, Aug 8, in the 800-block of Anderson Street.
King was one of 12 people shot that night. She was taken to a local hospital where she later died. The other victims were treated and released.
Less than 2 weeks later, Blytheville police named Williams as the suspected gunman.
Earlier this month U.S. Marshals arrested Williams in Oklahoma City.
He was extradited back to Mississippi County on Saturday, Nov. 21.
Williams is scheduled to appear in circuit court on Dec. 30.
